Guest scores and detailed hotel feedback
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, as it was conveniently located near Nauticus, downtown mall, and close restaurants. The rooms were very clean and spacious, offering a comfortable retreat. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. However, the dining experience was marred by low-quality knives and a lack of value for money. Overall, a great value for the price and excellent service.
The hotel rooms were spacious, well-equipped with a kitchen area and TV space, and the king room was beautifully arranged with a full refrigerator and sofa. Despite some issues with temperature control and maintenance, the overall room experience was satisfactory. The service was exceptional, although there were a few hiccups in managing groups. The dining options were varied, with a good cookout area, but parking fees were considered high. Overall, the facilities provided were adequate, catering to guests' needs.
My stay at the hotel was overall pleasant. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, although not as clean as I would have liked - I found hair in the tub. The pullout couch was incredibly uncomfortable, so much so that my granddaughter refused to sleep on it for her last night with us. On the upside, the rooms were clean and generally comfortable.
